"RIIC envisions acquiring commercial real estate at an attractive value and maintain or improve this value through development, creation of solutions for vacancy through renovation, upgrading and repositioning of the commercial real estate brought under its management." When leading to high returns, properties can be sold, generating cash for future investments and for funding current property development projects.

All investments require the concurrence of the Investment Committee and are referred to the Board for final approval.
