Investment Committee

On June 10, 2008 during the annual meeting of shareholders of RIIC decided an Investment Committee of RIE will be installed (the "IC").

The IC will consist out of two independent professionals with broad expertise in the real estate business and will be consulted by RIE'S management prior to each major real estate transaction. All purchases and sales will require the unanimous consent of the IC.
