RIIC will implement a property and asset management system software, known as REMS (Real Estate Management System) (www.kalshoven.nl) This web based technology provides all information necessary for the daily management of all properties.

The program's customizable workflow and advanced reporting capabilities can be adapted to the needs of any organization, and include features for the residential property management of conventional, subsidized and tax credit properties; and the commercial property management for office, retail, and industrial properties.
